Alarm Servicing

We can service most brands including Ademco, Bosch, C&K, Concept, DAS, DSC, Detection Systems, EDM, GE, Hills, Honeywell, Inner Range, Micron, Ness, Paradox, Solution, Tecom, Texecom, Zax and many more.

Services include changing or deleing codes, re-programming, battery change, addition or replacement of detectors, sirens, keypads etc . If your alarm is more than a few years old, some parts may no longer be available, such as keypads and main boards. In this case a panel and keypad upgrade is required as new or different brand keypads will not work on other brands.

If we can’t service or repair your alarm, the callout is free and we will give you a free quote on a suitable upgrade.

If you have lost your user manual, you may find one on our User Manuals page. If you can’t see your user manual there, send us an email with a photo of your alarm keypad and we will do our best to get a manual to you ASAP.

Security Audits

A service we are increasingly being asked to provide are independent security audits. Due to our extensive industry experience we can go over your system in detail and let you know how it performs, any weak spots, how it communicates and how well your monitoring provider actions the alarms. We also make recommendations to improve your security so you can keep your systems up to date.

Insurance Reports

We have been providing insurance reports to loss adjusters for many years. This gives us a first hand insight into how alarms may be compromised or fail during an actual break-in. Insurance companies may then recommend security enhancements to their clients in order to minimise their risk.
