If you do not see your brand or a similar codepad, please take a photo of your codepad and e-mail it to us. We will make every effort to source a user manual for your alarm and make it available on our website.

To change alarm codes you will require the system master code. If you do not have access to the master code, you will require the services of a Licensed Security Technician to attend your premises and re-program your system. We are happy to quote for this service.

A free telephone support service is available for our back-to-base monitored clients. If you are not an Acclaim monitored client but require technical support, there may be a small fee depending on the time of day and time taken. Alternatively you can email us and we will reply within one business day.
