Commercial Security Quote

Thank you for the opportunity to quote on your security requirements. We have been providing quality security solutions since 1990, are fully licensed by the NSW Police, insured for Public Liability and are a member of ASIAL - The Australian Security Industry Association. Our Master Licence number is 407396625. Please complete the information as accurately as possible so we can provide you with a competitive price based on your needs. For example, if you are leasing your premises, you may like an alarm you can easily relocate with you to your next premises, you may want an entry level system - which meets insurance requirements as a minimum or you may want something more elaborate.

Most insurance companies will insist you have a security system in order to offer you insurance. We are well experienced in knowing what level of security they will accept. Back to base monitoring is generally compulsory for business insurance and we have available all the necessary hardware to meet these ever increasing requirements.

Please complete the quotation details as completely as possible so we can be as accurate as we can with your security proposal.

Alarm System

Monitoring

The following are the primary commercial monitoring options which are available:

  1. Dial-up monitoring: Uses an existing phone line to call the monitoring centre and send alarm signals over the phone line. Each time your alarm contacts the monitoring centre it will cost a phone call in addition to the monitoring fee. Should communications be lost for any reason (lines cut, carrier fault, on-site fault etc) the monitoring centre will not know about it as the alarm cannot contact them. This type of monitoring would leave your business very open to phone line sabotage.
  2. GPRS polled monitoring: An additional communicator is interfaced with your security system, all alarm signals are transmitted via the GPRS network and all call costs are included with the package. You can have either a 90 second poll or 1 hour poll, this means the system checks-in with the monitoring centre at those intervals. The GPRS also monitors the phone line and will notify the monitoring centre of any loss of service, as this can be a pre-cursor to a break-in. We use a GPRS unit with dual sim cards (Optus & Telstra) so the unit can switch between carriers should their be a drop in service status. If both carriers fail, the unit switches to PSTN (phone line) monitoring.
  3. Mult-path polled monitoring. Similar to above, but uses GPRS, GSM, IP and PSTN. You can nominate the primary path and the remaining 3 will be used as a back-up.
